Description and application:

Yasur gas deck oven is built with high-gauge stainless steel material with thick insulation layers to hold the heat. The oven has a modular design, each deck could work in-dependently. The oven has top fire and bottom fire. Due to the rational arrangement of burner tubes, there is no “hot spot” inside the chamber. You could get super baking evenness without manually turning the trays. Each deck could be equipped with steam injecting and stone baking platform. Yasur gas deck oven is perfect for baking cakes, and breads etc.

Each deck has dual burning system, gas supply steam, ignition and protection system. Oven will stop relighting if it fails for the first two ignitions until potential problem is rectifed. Air blower opening could b adjusted to meet proper combustion level. Oven suitable for natural gas and propane or LPG. Please specify gas used when ordering.
