Yasur gas convection oven YS-705G is built with high-gauge stainless steel and aluminum plates. It works by circulating hot air around the oven's cavity, helping bread to bake faster and more evenly. It does this with the help of a fan and exhaust system that blows hot air around the bread. The unique design of a hot air amperature plates at the sides of chamber helps bread to cook more evenly, it also gives you a crispy result because there is less moisture collection. It is your ideal oven for baking croissant, pastries, cookies, pies etc. The gas oven could with with LPG gas, tank gas or natural gas, specify gas type when ordering. One-year limited warranty.
